Most muralists are not licensed contractors. Our C-33 painting license is rare in this industry - and it matters for institutional and commercial work.
A license signals experience with job site coordination, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. It is also the only way to carry proper insurance, including workers' compensation for an on-site crew.

Mural pricing depends on scale, complexity, and site conditions. Most of our commercial projects start at $10,000. For projects requiring overnight travel, our minimum is $15,000. We provide detailed estimates tailored to each project - reach out and we'll put together some numbers based on your scope.

Yes - this is the majority of our work. We regularly collaborate with interior designers, architects, creative directors, art advisors, and the commercial developers that hire them. We can plug into your team or lead the entire creative process from concept through installation.

Most of our murals are created for commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and public environments including office lobbies, multifamily developments, hotels, healthcare facilities, airports, schools and other institutional spaces. We occasionally take on select residential projects.

Yes, office lobbies, common areas, and campus environments are some of our most frequent project types. We're used to working within brand guidelines, coordinating with facilities teams, and navigating the multi-approval processes that come with larger institutional clients.
