RETURNS

All sales are final. Because each piece is made to order and carefully inspected before shipment, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hello@allisonkunath.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I’ll review the situation promptly and arrange a replacement or repair when appropriate.

Please note that minor color variations between what appears on screen and the final printed artwork are normal and not considered defects.

For original artwork or fine art prints, I take great care to ensure every piece is packaged securely. If damage occurs during shipping, I’ll work directly with you to resolve it as smoothly as possible.

All live art bookings and commissioned work are non-refundable once deposits are received, as each project requires significant preparation and scheduling.
