My team and I create hand-painted murals for homes, storefronts, cafes, creative studios, and public walls throughout Echo Park. With a California C-33 contractors license, I bring concept-forward artwork into the heart of this artistically rich and visually dynamic neighborhood.

the value of working with a licensed muralist
While SB 456 exempts some muralists from licensing, hiring a licensed painting contractor still offers clear advantages - especially for larger or more complex projects.
A license signals experience with job site coordination, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. It is also the only way for a muralist to carry proper insurance, including workers’ comp for assistants, which is still required by law.
Without a license, coverage is missing, creating potential risk for clients and property owners. Working with a licensed painter means coverage and compliance are fully in place, protecting everyone involved.
