FRAMING

Our custom frames are handmade in Los Angeles.

We offer classic gallery style frames in your choice of natural wood or white finish.

All our framing and matting methods are archival and designed to limit environmental risks to your art work. Our framed works are protected from UV Rays, moisture, pollutants, dust, etc. All materials used in our archival framing are chemically stable. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

Oversized orders are shipped via FedEx.

Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to be shipped, and an additional 1-5 business days for delivery. A tracking number will be sent to you via email upon shipment. 

Our standard shipping methods for paper works are either a flat double reinforced rigid mailer or a sturdy cardboard tube - depending on your order. Un-stretched canvas works are shipped rolled in a tube. Stretched canvas works require custom crating.

Custom wood crating is available for most orders for an additional fee. Please email hello@allisonkunath.com for a custom quote.

 

INSURANCE

Insurance is not standard on any of our shipments, however it can be added to most orders for an additional fee.

We pack your purchase with precision and meticulous care - however, bumps and bruises can occur once packages leave our facilities. Customers purchasing large or heavy works (especially those that are framed) may wish to consider adding insurance.

WORLD WIDE SHIPPING

International Orders are shipped via USPS Priority International and rates are calculated based on country.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Allison Kunath Art will NOT be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs.

 
 

 
 

PLEASE NOTE

All sales are final.

We are unable to ship to PO BOXES so please be sure to provide your full daytime delivery address and contact phone number.

We are also unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please be sure to double check all details are entered correctly in the checkout.

If your package has been returned to us after an attempted delivery was made and your package was not collected, you will be required to pay the cost of re-delivery.

As soon as your order has been shipped you’ll get a confirmation email and tracking number for your package

Once marked as "delivered" by carrier tracking, we are no longer responsible for the package.
